How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → bodyfatAI, then tap "Cancel Subscription". Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How accurate are the body fat estimates?

Our AI algorithms provide estimates based on visual analysis of your photos. While we strive for accuracy, results may vary and should be used for tracking trends over time rather than absolute values. For medical-grade measurements, consult a healthcare professional.

Are my photos stored securely?

Yes. All photos are encrypted during transmission and storage using industry-standard security protocols. Your photos are stored on secure Google Cloud Platform servers and are never shared with third parties. You can delete your photos at any time.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export all your data, including measurements and photos, through the app settings. This feature is available to all users, free and premium.

What's included in the free trial?

The free trial gives you access to all premium features including unlimited scans, detailed analytics, calendar view, and progress tracking. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete all your data including photos, measurements, and account information. This action cannot be undone.

Can I request a refund?

Refund requests are handled through Apple's refund system. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
