bodyfatAI provides an AI-powered body fat analysis service through a mobile application. The Service uses machine learning algorithms to estimate body fat percentage based on photos you provide. Results are estimates and should not be considered medical advice.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

bodyfatAI offers subscription-based premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You will be charged through your Apple ID account
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a subscription. Trial periods are available once per user.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by bodyfatAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing body fat analysis. We do not use your photos for any other purpose without your consent.

11. Limitation of Liability
